The Doing Tool I Wish I Had Years Ago
How we turn data into strategy, solve alignment and validation challenges, and empower smarter decisions for product and strategy.
I can’t wait to get Strive into your hands, but here’s the irony—it would have been so much easier to build Strive if we’d had Strive from the start.
I’m not just building Strive for other product organizations; I’m building it because it’s the very tool I’ve needed my entire career. For years, I struggled with the same problems I’m trying to solve with Strive:
• How do I connect the dots between discovery, strategy, and execution without drowning in disorganized data?
• How do I validate strategic assumptions at scale, instead of relying on gut instinct or a patchwork of spreadsheets?
• How do I align multiple stakeholders without endless back-and-forth and disconnected processes?
These challenges aren’t unique to me—they’re universal for anyone in product or corporate strategy. The frustration of having the data but lacking the clarity to make evidence-based decisions is exactly why Strive exists.
Why Strive?
Most tools out there are designed to help you organize decisions you’ve already made. They’re great at giving structure to roadmaps and plans, but they don’t help you answer the bigger questions:
• What should we build?
• Why does this align with our goals?
• How do we validate this strategy before we invest resources into it?
Strive is different because it’s not about planning—it’s about doing.
Strive connects all your discovery data—market analysis, metrics, competitive intelligence, and internal insights—into one intelligent system. It doesn’t just organize data; it turns it into strategy.
We don’t tell you what to prioritize or how to lay out your roadmap. Instead, we give you the tools to make those decisions in a highly strategic, evidence-based way.
The Irony of Building Strive Without Strive
Here’s where it gets funny (and frustrating): building a startup like Strive would be so much easier if Strive already existed. We’re living through the very challenges we’re solving. Every assumption we make, every strategic decision, every pivot we consider—it all comes back to the need for clarity and evidence.
But that’s also what drives us. We know firsthand how hard it is to align a team, validate ideas, and make decisions when the stakes are high. We’re building Strive to solve those problems—not just for us, but for everyone who’s been in our shoes.
What’s Next?
We’re not quite ready to launch Strive outside of our discovery customers, but we’re getting there. Every day, we’re refining the platform and testing it against real-world challenges.
When Strive is ready, it won’t just be another tool to add to your stack. It’ll be the tool you turn to for clarity, alignment, and strategic direction.
If you’ve ever struggled with making sense of the noise, validating assumptions, or aligning your organization, then Strive is for you.
I’ve been there. I’m still there. That’s why we’re building Strive.
Let’s build the future together. Strive for what’s next.
